The Luxury Shop comes with sculpted neon lamps inside and outside. The Sculpts are LOD factor 2. To change the LOD-Factorm, open the DebugSettings in Advancedmenu and search for “RenderVolumeLODFactor” Change the number below to 2 or more. This will also positive affect standard prims. All textures (also window and door textures) are handmade and unique, you can’t find the same textures in SL.

It fits on a 2048sqm parcel and you will still have enough prims for furniture and plants. This home comes in a L-design with scripted doors and windows. You can controll all things over one included controller, like doors lock / unlock and tinting the windows. Also included in this package are two scripted floor lamps – also managable over the controll panel (off, low, high)

This home comes also with a pre configured radio.
This Radio works on your own land and also o group owned land or rentals. The most radios you must deed the radio, but not my one. I’ve included a “subwoofer”. This tiny thing is a scripted prim wich connects to the radio. You only need to deed this subwoofer and you are still able to edit the radio – if you want to change the radio stations.
